We had new darkening shades and window coverings from accent verticals and they are just wonderful!!! made such a difference. Leslie and David were so professional and nice to work with. We would highly recommend them. If we ever need window coverings we will be calling them for sure!!!

We appreciate the rapid response we received when one of our window coverings broke. Our covering slides up or down to offer the best private coverage we could ask for. We felt like fish in a fishbowl when that happened and in less than three days a representative came out and fixed it (even installed new, upgraded hardware!). This is only the second time we have had to call them in over 10 years. Wouldn't do business with anyone else. Highly recommend them.

We’ve had excellent service with Accent Verticals over the past 8 years. Both service and product are exceptional. The people on the phone and who come out to measure are kind and knowledgeable. The installers are quick and very pleasant. And, the prices were much less expensive than I thought.
We bought blinds for some of our larger windows 8 years ago. Then, we just bought blinds a few months ago for the rest of the house. Accent Verticals were again very easy to work with and quick. We’ve damaged our blinds a few times over the years. Their maintenance was very reasonable. Their warranty is great. I would highly recommend Accent Verticals.

When we bought our condo 20 years ago it had blinds on the 45+foot long deck that had been installed by Accent Verticals. They came out a few times for repairs, so when it was time to replace them I called them to do the job. The price was much lower than I had imagined. The installation by David was quick and efficient. The finished product is beautiful and it makes me wonder why I waited so long to have the old ones replaced. My deck has been transformed.

I had Dan in my home for a couple of issues with two blinds. He arrived on time and was friendly, competent and professional. He completed the repairs in record time. "Accent Verticals" will be my choice for future replacements!! Thanks Dan!!!

Our third, great, experience with Accent Vertical’s sonic cleaning service began by speaking with sweet, kind and fun Marcy to get their current, affordable, pricing and schedule our blind pickup. David, our pickup, delivery and miracle worker guessed our 9-Silhouette blinds probably hadn’t been cleaned since they were installed in 1997. They were supposed to be white, but were Smokey grey from age and too much candle smoke. They were filthy and smelly. Because of their sad condition and the fragility of the fabric, David couldn’t promise positive results. We decided to take a gamble on him and Accent Verticals because they’ve achieved great results for us in the past. We are amazed, but not surprised, at the results of David’s abilities to bring our blinds back to their pristine white color. David is professional, personable, talented and one of the best service men we have ever dealt with. Accent Verticals, Team Marcy and David are the only folks we will ever hire for our window dressing purchase or cleaning needs.

Made an appointment and dropped off 2 blinds with broken slats. Daniel glued and restrung them and they were ready for pick up in 24 hours. He was efficient and did a great job!

I can not say enough good things about Accent Verticals. They have measured, installed, cleaned and repaired verticals — some shades not purchased from their shop). The employees we’ve dealt with are knowledgeable, professional and friendly — all for a reasonable cost.
